Four steps. That's it.

No technician needed. No software to install. If you can plug in a microphone cable, you can set this up.

1

Pick your kit and dates

Head to our products page and choose the kit that matches how many microphones you need. Not sure? The Single Channel handles most single-mic situations perfectly.

Pick your kit and rate on our products page and check out securely through Stripe. Shipping is selected at checkout.

Pricing is simple

Daily, weekend (Fri–Mon), or weekly rates. No hidden fees. Flat-rate shipping selected at checkout. Return shipping is pre-paid and included.

2

We ship it to you

We ship via FedEx 2-Day ($39.95) or Priority Overnight ($300, by 8:30 AM). For weekend events, we ship so it arrives Friday or earlier.

Everything is carefully packaged and shipped ready to use. Larger kits arrive in rugged hard cases. The Single Channel ships as a compact unit — smaller than a shoebox.

Tracking included

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships. We proactively monitor delivery status so we know if anything goes sideways before you do.

3

Unbox and plug in

Inside you'll find the system, your audio cables, a power cable, and a laminated quick-start card with a QR code.

Scan the QR code and a step-by-step video walks you through connecting the cables between your soundboard and the rack. It takes about 10 minutes. The system auto-boots when you plug in power — no buttons to press, no screens to navigate.

Where does it go in the signal chain?

Option A: Inline (no mixer needed) — Plug your microphone into the rack's input, then run a cable from the rack's output to your powered speaker. Adjust volume on the speaker.

Option B: Console insert — Patch the rack into the insert sends and returns on your mixer. Your microphones plug into the mixer the same as always. The signal passes through our system, feedback gets removed, and clean audio comes back. Everything else works exactly the same as before.

4

Ship it back

When your rental is done, pack everything back up (cables, power cord, quick-start card) and apply the pre-paid return shipping label that's included with every rental.

Drop it off at any FedEx location or schedule a pickup. That's it — you're done.

What happens after we receive it?

We inspect the unit, verify all components, power-test the system, and check every cable. Once it passes our turnaround checklist, we update inventory and it's ready for the next rental.
