You know the sound.
That awful screech.

Microphone feedback ruins church services, wedding speeches, and events. You've tried turning things down, adjusting EQ, moving speakers. It keeps coming back.

RackDrop sends you a small case with AI-powered processing inside. It listens to your mics in real-time and removes feedback before it starts — without changing how anything sounds.

No software to install. No settings to configure. No audio degree required.

Powered by the Alpha Labs De-Feedback V1 — the world's first AI-based zero-latency feedback elimination processor, featured on ProSoundWeb and adopted by top live sound engineers on major tours and at world-class venues.

🔊

Before

Feedback squeals, ringing, turning mics down so far nobody can hear

After

Clear, natural vocals — louder than before, with zero feedback

🔌

How?

AI trained on thousands of real venues identifies and removes feedback in real time, before you hear it

It's this easy. Really.

No technician needed. If you can plug in a microphone cable, you can set this up.

"We'd been fighting feedback in our sanctuary for years. This thing showed up on Friday, our volunteer had it running in 15 minutes, and Sunday morning was the clearest audio we've ever had."

— Sound Team Volunteer
Community Church, Florida

Common questions.

Do I need to be an audio engineer to use this?
Not at all. If you can plug in a microphone cable, you can set this up. The QR code inside the case links to a video that shows you exactly where every cable goes. And if you get stuck, call us — a real person will walk you through it.
How does it connect to my sound system?
It uses standard XLR audio cables — the same kind your mics already use. You can run your mic directly through the unit into a powered speaker, or patch it into a channel insert on your mixer. Either way, the signal passes through, feedback gets removed, and clean audio comes out the other side.
Will it change how our audio sounds?
No. The AI only targets feedback frequencies. Voices sound the same — actually, most people say they sound better because you can turn the mics up louder without worrying about feedback.
What's the "weekend" rate?
The weekend rate covers Friday through Monday. We ship via FedEx 2-Day so it arrives on time. Use it for your weekend event, then ship it back Monday with the pre-paid label. Three days, one flat rate — perfect for a Sunday service or Saturday event.
What if we love it and want to keep renting?
We offer discounted weekly and monthly rates. We also offer a long-term lease option, with monthly payments that can be applied toward owning the system. Great for churches that want to try before they invest.
Is the equipment insured? What if something breaks?
We offer an optional damage protection plan for $20/day that covers accidental damage. We'll reach out after you book to offer this option. Every system is carefully packaged for shipping, so damage in transit is extremely unlikely.
